I believe my chosen photo represents suitable personal presentation standards for quality customer service, my reasons are as follow:
- The woman is welcoming the customer with a smile this will make him happier to continue a conversation with her
- She is interested and keen to help him which will allow him to be comfortable to ask her any questions he may have
- Eye contact and full attention and consideration towards each other, this will allow the communication to be a smooth process and work well
- The woman is dressed professionally and looks like she represents the business well
